Refund and Returns Policy

RawBiotix is committed to providing high-quality research products and a clear ordering experience. Because our products are sold for laboratory research use only, we maintain a strict Refund & Returns Policy designed to protect product integrity, order accuracy, and customer service standards.
By placing an order through RawBiotix, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.
1. Research-Use-Only Product Policy
All products sold by RawBiotix are intended strictly for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, veterinary use, or diagnostic use. Due to the nature of these products, RawBiotix does not accept general open-box, discretionary, or buyer’s-remorse returns. All refund, return, replacement, or order issue requests are handled case by case in accordance with this policy.
2. No Returns on Opened or Used Products
For product integrity, safety, handling, and quality-control reasons, RawBiotix does not accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, reconstituted, tampered with, altered, damaged after delivery, or stored or handled outside appropriate conditions after receipt. Once a product has been delivered and is no longer under RawBiotix’s control, we cannot verify its storage conditions, chain of custody, or handling history.
3. Return Eligibility for Unopened Products
In limited circumstances, RawBiotix may approve the return of an unopened, unused, and sealed product if the return is requested within 7 calendar days of delivery, the product remains in original sealed condition, has not been opened or altered, has been stored appropriately after delivery, and return authorization is granted by RawBiotix in advance. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a confirmed RawBiotix fulfillment error. Approved returns may be subject to inspection upon receipt, and original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially defective upon delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Your request should include your full name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the shipping box, shipping label, product packaging, and affected item(s). If RawBiotix confirms a qualifying issue, we may, at our discretion, replace the affected item, issue store credit, issue a partial refund, or issue a full refund where appropriate.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delivery Issues
RawBiotix is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or otherwise affected after confirmed shipment or delivery due to carrier issues, incorrect customer-entered shipping information, mail theft, forwarding errors, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before submitting an order. If optional shipping protection or insurance is offered and selected at checkout, claims may be handled in accordance with that provider’s process and terms.
6. Order Cancellations
RawBiotix may allow order cancellations only if the order has not yet entered processing, fulfillment, packaging, or shipment preparation. Cancellation requests must be submitted as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment preparation, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. RawBiotix reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any time for business, inventory, fraud prevention, compliance, or legal reasons.
7. Subscription Orders
If subscription ordering is offered, customers are responsible for reviewing and managing their subscription settings before the next billing or shipment cycle. Subscription orders that have already renewed, processed, or entered fulfillment may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund. RawBiotix reserves the right to cancel or limit subscription access at its discretion.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact RawBiotix directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account restriction, order cancellation, refusal of future service, and submission of supporting order, delivery, communication, and fraud-review records to the applicable payment processor or financial institution.
9. Refund Method and Timing
If RawBiotix approves a refund, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used at checkout unless otherwise required by law or approved by RawBiotix. Refund timing may vary depending on payment processor timelines, banking institutions, fraud prevention review, and any required inspection or documentation review. Shipping charges, insurance charges, and processing-related fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specifically approved by RawBiotix.
10. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds and returns are generally not available for opened or used products, reconstituted materials, orders with incorrect customer-entered shipping information, delivery delays outside RawBiotix’s control, packages marked delivered by the carrier, buyer’s remorse, product misuse or improper storage after delivery, orders placed in violation of RawBiotix website terms or policies, or products purchased for any purpose outside authorized research use.
11. Policy Abuse / Right to Refuse
RawBiotix reserves the right to deny any refund, return, replacement, order, or account activity where we reasonably believe there is fraud, policy abuse, misuse of products, suspicious ordering behavior, misrepresentation, unauthorized resale activity, chargeback abuse, or conduct inconsistent with our research-use-only policies.
12. Changes to This Policy
RawBiotix may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website or placement of orders after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
