Analytical Testing & Verification
RawBiotix products undergo analytical testing prior to release. Our testing standards are intended to support responsible research-grade compound distribution and product transparency.
Standard Testing Categories:
- Identity Verification – Confirms the compound matches its labeled identity through mass spectrometry and/or sequence analysis.
- Purity Analysis (HPLC) – High-performance liquid chromatography is used to evaluate compound purity, typically reported as a percentage with chromatographic data.
- Sterility Testing – Performed on applicable lyophilized and solution-form products.
- Endotoxin Testing (LAL) – Conducted where applicable based on product type and batch requirements.
- Heavy Metals Screening – Performed where applicable based on product type, sourcing method, or batch requirements.
Additional testing may be performed depending on the specific compound, product class, sourcing method, or batch requirements.
Third-Party Analytical Verification
RawBiotix utilizes independent, third-party analytical laboratories for product verification. Third-party testing supports objective verification and helps maintain documentation standards across our catalog.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis are available for RawBiotix products upon request. Each COA documents the analytical results for the specific production lot and is directly tied to the batch received.
Each COA includes:
- Compound name and catalog reference
- Batch and lot number
- Date of analysis
- Identity confirmation results
- HPLC purity percentage with chromatographic data
- Sterility and endotoxin results where applicable
- Heavy metals screening results where applicable
- Testing laboratory identification
- Pass/fail determination against established specifications

Storage & Handling Guidelines
Proper storage and handling are critical to maintaining compound integrity. The following guidelines apply to the majority of lyophilized peptide products offered by RawBiotix.
Lyophilized (Powder) Form:
- Store at -20°C or below for long-term storage
- Refrigeration (2°C to 8°C) is acceptable for short-term storage up to 30 days
- Protect from light, moisture, and repeated temperature fluctuations
- Keep sealed in original packaging until ready for use
- Lyophilized compounds maintain optimal stability when stored under appropriate sealed conditions
Reconstituted Form:
- Use bacteriostatic water or sterile water for reconstitution depending on research protocol
- Once reconstituted, store at 2°C to 8°C and use within 30 days
- Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles which may compromise compound integrity
- Aliquoting into single-use portions is recommended for compounds used over multiple sessions
Shipping & Transit
All products are shipped in packaging designed to support compound stability during transit. Lyophilized products are generally stable at ambient temperature for short periods during shipping. Upon receipt, products should be transferred to appropriate storage conditions as outlined above.
